Main Scale Teacher/NQT/Unqualified Teacher

We are looking for ambitious, enthusiastic and committed teachers, to join our all phase special school and its team of highly dedicated professionals.

Applications from experienced teachers, NQTs from EYFS to Post 16 and unqualified teachers will be considered.  

Our structure allows flexibility to accommodate the strongest candidates, accounting for their particular specialisms/subject areas. 

The role will include being part of our wider team, sharing joint planning and expertise in a supportive and dynamic way across our school. 

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of how children learn and how to translate this into high quality teaching and learning.

You should be able to demonstrate an understanding and engagement in assessment processes and inclusive practices; and share a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.  

Must have worked in a school at least one year and have SEN experience.

Essential Qualifications - Degree

As employers we are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and in that regard have appropriate policies and procedures.  Successful applicants will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and interviews will include questions about safeguarding children.
